Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days after your prescription has been approved by a board-certified dermatologist. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier conditions.
Custom-Compounded Products
Your personalized skincare formula is custom-compounded in an FDA-regulated pharmacy specifically for your skin. Because each product is made to order based on your unique prescription, please allow 1-2 business days for compounding before your order ships.
Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or shipping charges.
Service Area
We currently ship to all 50 US states where our telemedicine service is available. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Subscription Deliveries
For subscription orders, your personalized formula will be automatically shipped according to your selected plan (every 3, 6, or 12 months). You will receive an email notification before each shipment, and you can manage your delivery schedule in your account settings.
